• 1 cup of frozen berries
• ½ cup homemade soy yogurt (see staples)
• 1 Tbsp crushed walnuts
Blend in a high-speed blender or food processor until ice-cream consistency. If you don’t have a blender, you can just stir the ingredients together for a berry pudding. Top with crushed nuts to serve.
